the PTO form 1449 be made of record. Copies of these references are enclosed.

Each of these additional documents was cited on the European Search Report for the
corresponding European application (EP 00 20 4525), which was mailed on July 23, 2002. As
the documents were cited in a communication from a foreign patent office in the corresponding
foreign application not more than three months prior to the filing of this Information Disclosure
Statement, the requirements of 37 C.F.R. 1.97(c) are hereby met.

This information disclosure is not a representation that any of the cited documents are
considered pertinent, or that any of the cited documents are indeed prior art.
